The location was unbeatable, right on the beach with breathtaking views of the Black Sea. It was perfect being able to watch the sunrise from my bed, and the city center was easily walkable. the rooms were kept clean and tidy, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. the Wi-Fi connection was strong and even reached the beach.

The noise from neighboring rooms was a big issue. the walls were thin, and it was hard to get any privacy or quiet when there was noise from the adjacent rooms.

Beautiful beachfront location with rooms facing the sea. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and supportive staff. Convenient proximity to Odessa's city center. Wifi coverage on the beach. Great breakfast options at a nearby café. New and sparkling clean hotel with comfy beds and excellent showers. Well-designed and well-equipped rooms.

Nothing to dislike.

We enjoyed a beautiful location between three walls, right at the beach. the large bed was comfortable, and the very clean and well-designed bathroom had a transparent wall overlooking the sea. the friendly staff welcomed us at the reception desk, and breakfast in the nearby café offered - with plenty of options. the hotel provided WiFi coverage even on the beach, and it was easy to walk to the city center and back in the evening.

We experienced poor insulation of walls which made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay.

This hotel is located in a prime position just a few steps away from the beach. The rooms are cleaned every day and were in excellent condition and soft towels were provided. Another advantage is that the staff was very helpful and friendly. I must mention the cozy café providing delicious breakfast just around the corner, which was a delightful start to every morning.

The walls of the hotel were not insulated for noise, and we could hear crying babies and telephone conversations from the neighboring rooms. taxis like Uber or Bolt cannot pick up passengers directly there, but the hotel's staff was nice enough to help find an alternate option.

Waking up to the sound of waves and stunning sea view from my room was priceless. The hotel's location right on the beach and between three walls made it a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at Boutique Hotel Dacha Lanzheron. The location was amazing, right on the beach with beautiful views of the Black Sea. While there were a few minor drawbacks, such as thin walls and nearby noise from nightclubs, they didn't significantly impact my overall experience. I would highly recommend Boutique Hotel Dacha Lanzheron for its great location, comfortable rooms, and delicious breakfasts.
